Hey guys , I've changed the blogskin again . As the previous one , Shi Qi said tht she was unable to see the blog clearly . So , I've changed into a new skin yeah ? If you don't like , tell me in the tagboard or you can just simply e-mail me . But to those who have my msn , just tell me through there ahh . And yes , a blog need songs right ? So , as you can HEAR , I've also added songs . If you want me to put your favourite songs , tell me also . But if I can't find your favourite songs , so sorry yeah ? Now , I'm posting about our June Hols Activities & homeworks , in case you lost the paper or anything . Homework ... ENGLISH 1. Comprehension - Unit 8 : Fantasy Stories (textbook) a) James and the Giant Peach, pp 210-214. Do questions 1-17, including summary. b) The Lion, the Wicth and The Wardrobe, pp 219-222. Do questions 1-14, including summary. 2. Wite a composition on one of the topics from MYE paper (topic tht has not been attempted.) 3. Journal Writting - include June Hols reflections. 4. Vocabulary Building - one word a day. MATHEMATICS Revision Exam Paper SCIENCE June hols homework revision paper . MALAY Complete 1 set of paper 1 . LITERATURE 1. Read the stories : The Letters (pp 167-170), Mrs Maniam (pp 171-177) and Or Else the Lighting God (pp 178-194) 2. Write a summary (of at least 150 words) on each of the 3 stories . 3. Read and complete Unit 12 of Fun Learning Literature - poem on 'You Can be ABC .' (pp 118-123) CHINESE 4 compisitions HOME ECONOMICS Workbook Chapter 4 - Meat & Alternatives . D&T Orthographic Projection . Activities .. On 6 June 2009 , which is on Saturday , there will be a talk on " The Emotional Well-Being of the Family . " by Mr Joe Augustin , which is a well-known radio personality and host . In this talk , Mr Joe will share ideas tht have helped shape his parenting strategy , from communication styles to more complex leadership principles . Time : 0900 - 12.00pm Venue : Fuchun Sec , Sparks Room Level 2 . Fee : $5 for 1 person , $8 for 2 persons . On 17 June 2009 , Sec 1 NPCC Cadets will be going to Road Safety Park , near East Coast Park . Time of departure is 8.30am . Time of arrival is 12.30pm . The purpose of this activty is Road Safety Training & Test , which in the end will be getting badge . When going to school , must wear 1/4 uniform . Means , skirt NPCC , shirt PT , wear belt , stocking NPCC but shoes , school shoes . Lol . Bring Full uniform , 2B pencil , eraser and NPCC notebook along with you . Be in school at least 15 mins early to change into Full Uniform . Fall in at Porch . On 27 June 2009 , the Girls' Guides are having a carnval at the guide room .
